During public holidays, holiday season and/or special promotion periods the delivery can possibly be delayed. These delivery times apply if the customer orders an item which is in stock and provided the customer pays with one of our payment options.
The product I want is not in stock? We do our best to restock everything on time, but sometimes this is not possible. Our soaps are made with the cold process method and require a curing time of at least 4 weeks, so it may happen that you have to wait for a new batch. But this method guarantees that all good properties of the oils and plants are preserved in the soap.
What is the best way to take care for my olefació candle? The olefació candles are hand poured. They are made of 100% rapeseed wax and are only perfumed with essential oils. The wick is cotton, braided with paper, and is not treated with chemical products. For optimal use, let the candle burn for about 2 to 3 hours when you use it for the first time. Before each use, trim the wick to 0.6 cm (or more easily, just break off the top of the wick with your fingers). Always remove the wick debris. If necessary, re-center the wick (only when the candle is not burning). Allow the candle to solidify before relighting. Do not leave the candle lit for more than 4 hours at a time to preserve the fragrance as optimally as possible. Always burn the candle on a flat and fireproof surface.
How do I best use my olefació soap? The ingredients of our soaps are all of vegetable origin. The base is the extra virgin olive oil of the taggiasca olive that is so typical for the Italian Riviera. We use no palm oil, no animal fats and no unnecessary additives. The color of the soap is the natural color of the active ingredients. Our soaps are completely handmade. We work according to the "cold process" method. Only this way all good properties of the oils are preserved in the soap. The ingredients are mixed in small batches, then cured for a few weeks in the air. You can use our olefació soap everywhere, in the shower, in the bath, in the kitchen, ... To enjoy our soaps for as long as possible, let it dry good after use. Place it preferably on a soap dish where the water can drain.
